Downrite Marine assisting the Los Olas bridge workers with a crew launch to a stationary barge used as a work platform. The task for the bridge workers was to add counter weight to the bridge after having taken the old steel counter weights and replacing them with concrete blocks until the perminant counter weights could be installed. Downrite "Titan" unit #4 was placed on hire for the purpose of personal transport to and from the work barge. This task had to be conducted in the early morning hours before the Fort Lauderdale rush hour traffic would begin.
